Our classic hummus is topped with more garlic than you will know what to do with. Garlic is confit in expeller pressed Avocado Oil, softening the whole cloves so it still holds its shape, while offering a less pungent yet sweeter side of garlic when eating. If you love garlic, this one's for you. When you see topped hummus at the store you will really have to think bigger and better because when we do something flavor wise, we mean it!
